Who it suits
Is Business Basic right for your team?
Business Basic suits teams that work mainly in email, a browser and on their phones. It includes professional email on your domain, Teams meetings and chat, 1 TB of OneDrive storage per user, and the web and mobile versions of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
It does not include the desktop Office apps. If your team relies on desktop Excel or Word, Business Standard or Premium may suit you better.
